LoadTexture(pDevice, &pTextureInterface, "", XHairMarkData, sizeof(XHairMarkData));
D3DXCreateSprite(pDevice, &pSpriteInterface);
Your need load your own texture and initialize Sprite...

XHairMarkData is from EvilHack Source...

EndScene:
