Install them all...
Part 1 (Creating Folders)
- Go To ..\Steam\SteamApps\"YOUR ACCOUNT NAME"\counter-strike source\cstrike\materials\models\player
Now create 4 folders called (ct_urban, ct_gign, t_guerilla, t_phoenix)
This is where you will put your own skins after your done...
- Creat a folder on your desktop, call it anything (This is where you will extract the origional css skins and this is where you going to open them from to modify)
Part 2 (extracting the original css skins)
MAKE SURE your Steam is closed
- Run GCF scape
- File/Open/
Open file called "counter-strike source shared.gcf"
You will find it in "C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps"
- Now find Folder Player
Its in, "..root\ctstrike\materials\models\player.."
- Right Click on player then click EXTRACT, extract it in the folder on ur desktop
- Close GCF scape
Part 3 (Modifying skin in photoshop)
- Open Photoshop (MAKE SURE you got the .vtf plug in and working)
- Go Open\*folder you created earlier on your desktop
You should see 4 folders, ct_urban, ct_gign, t_guerilla, t_phoenix
- Chose a skin you want to modify. eg, ct_urban, then just open ct_urban.vtf (dont worry about other files)
- When u done, just save as they are called in the folder in your CSS, the 4 modells folder.
Save it as .vtf
Then go play
