If anyone needs help about the iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch, ask here.
I'll give you an answer the same day.
You can ask everything that you wana know.
Also you can ask About the latest iPhone 4 and the iOS 4.
Everything is posible.
I've got a question: Will there be an option in iOS4.0 to fully background apps whilst multitasking?
Yes and it's even already in the beta. It's a nice option. Most people want this but couldn't do this on the old version and need to jailbreak it. Very unsecure. But now iOS 4 already have it!

This is only availible in the Appstore or it need to be uploaded on an uploadsite and put it in Install0us (or any kind of program that makes possible to make an icon on the springboard.

Yes, I know about jailbreaking and backgrounder, and use it often.
My question was if the Multitasking feature in 4.0 allowed true multitasking (actually running more than one app at once) or if it just saved the state of an app whilst switching to another one.
You're obviously not the right person to ask.

Yes you can run like 8 application at ones. It's very nice. Sorry but it was wrong readed. I'm just 15 with a lot nowing about this but just a bit of English. What you normally have with springboard and you just have to slide with your finger to go to the next page. You'll have this in the Taskbar. And you can control it by tapping 2 times on home button. The next question I think is "How will I open iPod in the application?" This will also be double tap only you need to slide it to the right.(Music in iPod) Enough Info?

What are you rambling on about AGAIN. What in the hell does using API's have to do with the App Store, Install0us, making a icon on the springboard or anything or this nature?
Stop acting like you are some iPhone guru simply because you know how to leech illegally cracked applications, you don't have the slightest clue when it comes to the true internals or the undocumented side of the operating system, you are just another puppet on a string and you know as much as you can read on public websites.
I advise no one to ask this guy any questions, because he is clearly delusional about himself knowing anything worth a damn. You can find anything he knows on a website, from a more reliable source and in a more understanding format.
And to answer the question stated (which was just a successful attempt at making you look like a idiot AGAIN), the new API's are in the latest SDK. Any private and undocumented API's will still need to be class dumped which is only useful for people who develop for jailbroken devices.

Real programmer's don't document, if it was hard to write, it should be hard to understand.
First learn computer science and all the theory, next develop a programming style, then forget all that and just hack.
