First of all, I'd like to make this very clear: what you see on this website is in NO WAY illegal. The claims you are making are not laws. Cyber bullying is not illegal in the sense it is being used on this website. All we have here is a listing of information--do you see anyone claiming a DDoS attack on this Thomas fella? Do you see any requests for action? No. All we have here is a facebook-style listing. There is nothing illegal about it. No statute stands, no laws are present. All you have is some information, much the same you would find on facebook.

Second, you are not an attorney. An attorney would not have such atrocious grammar, nor would they spell "attorney" wrong. They would also understand how poor this case is and, given the scenario, would never attempt to attack a perfectly legal issue. I believe you are "Thomas," and this is your pathetic attempt at seeking relief from the embarrassment you have caused yourself. It's a shame you decided to take this down such a poor route--I'm sure if you PM'd an admin about the situation and sincerely apologized, stating your intentions as good, that you would not receive this treatment. Unfortunately, you continue to present yourself as an uneducated child and, as such, are treated like one. OK stupid, I read 5 lines of your post and gave up. Let me make it clear, you have no information from any host regarding anyone from this website, it is offshore anonymous hosting, do you know what that means?

Next, you are not going to do anything concerning anyone displaying PUBLIC material on a forum. It is that simple. Would you prefer it if I placed "Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead is purely coincidental" there also. You can not stop anyone from displaying any addresses or names.
