The reason we're asking you is because you seem to have resolved the issue. We've filtered Combat & Arms, taken down both the section, we have completely NO content on our forum which could possibly even reference Nexon, excluding posts user's have made. The report claims we're breaking copyright but does not describe where or how. How can we fight back at this?
You guys were recently shut down by K2 for a DMCA. What did they send you guys and how did you combat it?

Every DMCA notice should contain information about the material that infringes copyright. If it doesn't, then you better speak to your host or at the very least contact the author of the DMCA notice asking for locations of that material.
Also, the only reason UC was suspended was because someone didn't check their email inbox recently and notice the 48 hour grace period email, UC wouldn't have been suspended if that wasn't the case. UC hasn't just had one DMCA notice in the last week also, once the email problem was fixed i recieved another two days later.. Anyway, good luck fighting your battle..

The letter gave the locations of the copyrighted material. Are question is, "What more can we do"?
How did this site overcome the problem with DMCA and how can we get are site back.
If you can could you list possible steps to take. That could really help us alot.

If you have removed the material then contact your host and tell them. Whether or not you will get your site back depends on your hosting company, their DMCA policy and whether they suspended your hosting account or terminated it.
If you have complied with the requests in the DMCA notice and removed all infringing content then your host should turn you back on within 48 hours once they have checked to make sure it has been removed, but yet again this depends on your hosts DMCA policy. Although, you could keep all your infinging content and just move to a offshore host where they are not DMCA compliant.
Anything else you will have to work out on your own without my help, if you can not deal with a DMCA notice then perhaps you shouldn't be running a site with potentially infringing content. Without trying to sound rude i don't care about your site or any other site unless they are part of UC.
Regards.

With regards to what you (the site owner?) said in IRC before parting the channel..
Apparently the company you use for hosting (BurstNet) rm -rf your server, delete all backups and terminate the account when they get a legitimate DMCA notice about a customer. Probably explains why your hosting says that deleting the infringed content is not good enough.
