Problem with server

Hey i know this does'nt really have anything to do with hacking but i thought someone could help me out...when i make a server i dedicate it to internet but it comes up under local with [UDP] next to the name and i was wondering how to fix it because i walways used to be able to make one until i reistalled the game.

if you are behind a router you need to open the ports so and make sure udp and tcp are checked.
