Pride has many meanings, its not a sin to take pride in your works, it is a sin to say... Protect your reputation at the expense of something. Look it up in a dictionary or wiki either or.

Gluttony: thankfully i have a high metabolism, i can plow down a family size chocolate bar in about 20 mins and eat 1 1/2 family size pizzas eazy.
Lust: /b/

Also, nowhere are these actually mentioned in the bible. These were refined by some archbishop in the 8th or 9th century AD, so if you are a christfag, i wouldnt worry as much about this as i would about the old testament (10 commandments etc., pedo and adultery are allowed lol)

They were made by some monk and were originally 8 deadly sins but a few hundered years later a pope got a hold of them a redid them to 7.
They may not be mentioned in the bible but they do have strong relation to a lot of the stories in the bible.
You don't have to be super religious to see that these 7 things are what hurt us in our daily lives.
