We are currently seeking moderators for a wide variety of sections.
Applicants should be able to meet the following requirements:
In regards to moderator selection, several factors will be taken into consideration, including:
- The applicant's competency of the UnKnoWnCheaTs forum rules and the applicant's ability to consistently follow them.
- The applicant must show at least some expertise in the forum in which they are applying for.
- The applicant must be an active UnKnoWnCheaTs forum member, however we will not judge based on the quantity of posts the applicant has made but more on the quality of the posts the applicant has made.
In general, as a moderator here at UnKnoWnCheaTs, your responsibilities include:
- Being polite and helpful towards forum members and giving advice whenever needed and whenever possible.
- Visiting UC-Forum frequently, preferably many times daily.
- Actively taking part in discussions as often as possible.
- Setting a good example to the other forum members.
- Moderating your forum, making sure forum members are following the UC-Forum rules and taking the appropriate action when needed.
- Analyzing hack and source code releases and taking the appropriate action based on findings.
- Updating UC-Tutorials whenever a tutorial is posted in your section.
- Working together and communicating with other UnKnoWnCheaTs staff in order to solve situations effectively and in a timely manner.
