cellshader possible?

well i was thinking about something like cell shader with d3d9 because if its possible to make pixelshader then it should be possible to do cellshader or not ? if yes can anyone give me tutorials ?

try it and see ,and just google hlsl cellshade ....learn more did some inverese chams with pixel shaders so try it out. Tho i would try something simpler first.

it also depends on what game you wanna use Cellshader for.. Some games just seem to hate cell shading
