i assume Hi means Hi runes, you havent specified which core you play or realm, and what about the new players? how can they afford the rush if it costs more than they can ever afford, this is like rushing for the rich, who usually wont pay to be rushed as they have clan members or friends to do it for free.

Lol, i highly doubt the number of retards in the MMORPG sections anyway. Most of them require more practical thinking than the creation of uscript codes etc. Thats what i believe anyway.

But personally i still wouldnt give out account details. It never leaves me with a very nice feeling at all.

one of the fun parts in diablo is lvling, and if u dont like lvling than all i can say is yea "noobs"
Anyways its better for u to lvl yourself and learn from your mistakes and make your char better.

well i think nightedge is correct, the main key of diablo is to level and develop your character, if you remove those two options..what else is left to play for?

anyways lvling 1 char to 75 is easy i can do it an a hr, i would charge noting to lvl up someones char but if you would like u can donete. anyways the lvling cost would be like 3 hi max thats about it
