for some reason my password has been changed, i was using the easymap v1.1 made by netter, and the d2loader from here posted by puffy777, i can't seem it get bnet to reply to my password recovery thing, they sent the confirmation email, i replied but no answer, first im confused on how to reply, can u please help me
im almost positive that your account was banned due to Easymap... I'm callin battle.net tommorow since password recovery doesn't work. Just gotta figure out what I'm gonna say "Hi you guys took my account for using a hack, may I have it back please?" heh
Well your wrong there, from my past expierience with being banned on bnet for diablo 2 hacking, they do indeed change you password, its part of their ban mathod, they let your account expire naturally since they are all stored server side anyway. Also the earliar versions of easymap were indeed stealing accounts and the d2loader wasn`t safe either, not the one that was on here. As for the 2.0 version of easymap, im in the rpocess of digging deeper into the code because at first i said it was clean but I am now seeing where it says to "writefile" in the asm code, but when you run it you don`t see anything new created, unless its creating registry entrys or hidden files somewhere. Easymap is basically a loader and a dll, sorta like most aimbots. I will be commenting back as i gather further information, but the easymap 2.0 that i said was clean has been temporarily removed due to suspicion, I advise anyone and everyone to completely check your pc`s for ad-ware, spyware,virii,your registry, startup programs, ect.
yeah i got banned just now. my key and account. my account i recovered the password and now it says the account is closed and it says my key is disabled for realm games... i wasnt even using the mh either im kinda pissed seeing i was fucking playing legit for ONCE and i got banned.
as for the passwords changed or you think your password has been stolen, i don`t think it`s the easymap, i think its the loader, i was not yet an active mod again when this came to uc and im sorry for the probelms.
Haha, i doubt that it was the loader, i really think its the maphack. Yet my account and cd key are banned and i didnt use d2loader. I think its time for me to move on and screw gaming for awhile =P. TO HELL WITH d2.
well there have been reports on numerous forums about hacked accounts, im only stating that the loader is maybe affecting those people who used it. As for the banning, blizzard has implemeted some new shit and they are scanning all memory processes now and maphack does run in memory. I just think of this is their way of getting back at people for using hacks for a long period of time and letting people get away with it. As I also mentioned to someone else, they more than likely made a log of everyone using hacks and after the new patch was released they are gonna start group banning. So the only thing I can say is that as time goes on coders will find better ways around it and easier ways. Hence do you see how long it`s taking mousepad to release him maphack? This is gonna be just like when 1.10, the long awaited patch came out, there are gonna be alot of bullshit scams and trjaned hacks at the beginning. Sorry to those of you that either got hacked or banned, truly sorry because I know what it feels like.
