As for forcing host. There are a couple of threads. Try the search button.
Did you ever bother to look at the pic from the first post? He's not talking about "cheat detected." He said cheat protected. Its the error you get when you try to use a dvar that is not suppose to be altered during normal game play.

You will have to remove the checks on the dvar type if you want to get around that "cheat protected" message. I'm assuming with that console app you are using, that is not possible.

You should fix UC. Not being able to add a simple attachment to a post, but having to go thru UCD and fill out the form etc, seems too much when it's just a test-file like in this case.
