There is absolutely no way of removing spread in an online game. The remote server controls the spread.
The only way to have 'no spread' is to calculate where the bullet will spread, and modifying the view angles or another part of the game to compensate for the spread.
You must use a 3rd party tool ( hack ) to do this.

And unreal engine 2 related games, can you change the no spread in the config file?
What i try is to speed up my walk speed in the config file, i have turn it on speed 2 (fastest) when i play the single player my speed is fast, when i play multiplayer it hickups...the server don't let me run faster.

please think about posting before you do.
No spread on ranked servers is not possible by editing the weapon files period. The code in the game simply applies the same effect the server also applies to each of your shots. Even if you did edit them you would then need to bypass the modified content kick that would follow.
If you edit the files and host a game you can change weapon profiles but only for yourself.
