problem with fog address

problem with fog address
i have used tsearch to locate the address which holds the value of fog....133D26C...thing is when im in a single player game....and change the value in this....my viewing distance doesnt change.....its like the fog value isnt being updated...how come? im running BF2 special forces latest patch in singleplayer

The fog is something else than the view-distance.
To find the viewdistance with t-search, U have to keep sliding that slider in your video options and keep searching.

When the slider is at 50% the float is 0.5f

I think there are two different places that hold the viewdistance. One is meters/ft (eg 120, in GameLogic or something) the other percentage (e.g. 0.8, in Rederer)
