[Release] How make black screenshots

Black Screenshots

I learn this method in this forum, maybe... I dont remember...
But i want to give a little howto to get black screenshots in game with NO HOOKS.

Sorry my poor english...

1) Get Glass2k.
Glass2k is a small little program that allows Windows 2000/XP users to make any window transparent. Right-click on any window or press the keyboard shortcuts (Control + Shift + [0-9]) to make any window transparent. It's that simple.

2) Open your favorite picture editor, in this case i used Windows Paint

3) Create a new image, and fill it in black.. Save it

4) Double click in your saved image to open Window Picture Viewer.

5) In Window Picture Viewer, click in Slide Show button

6) Dont forget pause slide show to avoid problems in show other images

7) Open your game in full screen

8) Now, go to your installed Glass2K and set transparency at 90% in your game window, in this case the Americas Army window.
To set transparency, in my Glass2k configuration, i press Ctrl + Shift + 9

9) Remember, with game window in transparent mode, when pb get a screenshot, the image under window is get.. Then, the black.bmp is need stay under game window all the time!

I know that is not new method, and i used it didnt know how to trap pbss..

But today i read a post of ppl being kicked using programs to obtain black ss, and
i decided to teach to not need hooks to get this.

Like this those ppl can have the chance of playing a little more in servers

I tried this and working nice only admin in game start telling me
to fix screen shot and soon later kick me
out. So I was thinking to replace black screen with AA original screen shot
to take one picture during playing and then he will see that picture instead of
black what you guys thinking about this one I don't know what admin or pb see
when taking SS i gues they see just picture so I can took few SS during play and just run slide show of let say 10 pictures so they will see different picture every time.

make sure the SS are of the map your on

That's normal only map on witch you are playing run slideshow

That is good idea, make a lot SS's of map you playing on and start slide show... Oh yeah and prey you don't get 2 same SS's xD

ZoX what program you using for programing is it hard to do

i think hes using the generic windows picture viewer - or whatever its called.... in vista theres an option to do a slideshow i think

I played with about 40 images in slideshow
works better then black screen no kick by administrator
only if you do something easy to see its hack then they kick u
I edited SF pipeline images in photoshop just crop buttom black part with pb info
pictures must be very clean without anything on buttom or side
its fun to play xD

Visual Studio 2003 Professional.. It isn't hard you got a lot examples on tutorials page so you can learn from there
