try unpluging the modem for some minutes and change the mac while you are offline, then reconnect and hope you got a new ip ;p
if that dosnt work, you will need to ask your provider if they can change the ip.
last but not least you could use proxys, but it will be hard to find a fast proxy with a low ping..

thanks but the problem is i think its a static ip not dynamic so doing router wont change the ip,although they could phone their ISP and ask for a change,

I'm in a advocative mood today so I feel I should warn you if you plan on doing something stupid while on a proxy in the hopes you'll not be seen... think again because proxy's are virtually useless in regards to hiding your activities

no its not for me,he has been in touch with his ISP and been told he has a DYNAMIC ip yet all his accounts have same ip even after a modem re-boot,im sure we can figure out a way to sort the IP so it releases it,i remember using ipconfig release before,and ipconfig/renew
what you think this prog does? its a simple proxy manager, i guess SOCKS4/5..

maybe, but the ISP needs some 'authorization', every time you reconnect you get the same IP, because the IPS knows who you are..
i guess the most providers just assign the IP based on the login data, but i know there are also providers which use the MAC of the pc/router to assign the IP to the user.
so if you got luck its enough if you just change the MAC and reconnect..
It all depends on how your ISP does ip assignments.
DHCP keeps IP leases, that means on a reboot or release of an IP, the device holding the IP it will do a discover and the DHCP server will offer you the same IP over and over. This is MAC based and designed to keep IP conflicts down as well as keep people from DOS'ing the network by consuming IP addresses.
This is how most cable operators work. Some go a step further and only hand 1 static ip to any device regardless of mac that is behind a given modem, IE: assignment based on modem mac.
DSL generally will get you a new IP when rebooting modem, most use Radius auth and PPOE to tunnel you.
Either way you may or may not break your connectivity by changing MAC addresses of the device connected to the modem so make sure your write down origional mac address before you change it. Good to know if you planning on trying to hide which is virtually impossible these days.
I thinking just to hide info from pb , aci servers owners banning me because of linked accounts What i be able to do is to lift hardware ban , but till i cant change ip the aci always linking me . some isp suchs as mine. i have basicaly the same ip for aroud 3 to 4 weeks. then it will change doesn't matter how many times i restart router or shit. idk it is gay semi static shit just call and ask probably save you time.
I also wanted to do this a while back.
I had a static IP, and had to phone my ISP to change it.
I said i wanted to change my ip because of these linked accts, they didnt seem to know what i was taking about but they agreed to let me have a change.
should work for you, if not im pretty sure theres a programme which changes ur ip via SS not actualy through the router.

I have a static ip which i can change by changing my Mac address. Very simple if you have a router, if you go into your routers settings search for an option called clone mac or copy mac. Change your current mac to anything you want, then accept the changes. Your internet connection should drop and all you have to do is unplug your modem and plug it back in, and you should have a new ip.
Its not a path, its done through your web browser. Depending on your make and model its different but mine is my default gateway.
To find your default gateway, just load cmd.exe then type ipconfig and you should get a few addresses come up just put the one next to default gateway into your browser.
That should load up a login screen if you have not been there before it should be on default (the default can either be found next to the login or if not look in the instruction manual. And if that fails just do a search of your router on the web for the default password).
Once your in just look for copy mac, clone mac or anything like that, mine is found in my internet settings.
Remember once you changed it always restart your modem otherwise you will have no connection.

get the ip info from comandprompt by typing in
ipconfig
then post here if you need help
