So, like the Title say's, i really want to know what do i have to do to change other player config. _( and yes i have my own server )_

if the hacker is good at all theyll have their unnamedsolder.cfg read only
and just type exec configs/unnamedsoldier.cfg to reverse what is written (real fun in spearhead)

I find it interesting you post how to force commands on clients on a cheating site.
Anywho, I doubt you'll get a solid answer from anyone else so I'll fill you in on some info.

What jimbo pointed out above is true, but there is even an easier way for a client to protect themselves and that's simply by stopping stufftext.

Which is also the answer to your question. They use stufftext to force commands.

However if you want to "properly" force commands on clients without them filtering it out then the proper way would be through a serverside wrapper (gamex86.dll\fgame86.so)
