Well I'm tired that this game is dying bit by bit if it isn't dead yet.
I had an idea of Developing a Anti-Cheat but my knowledge in programming in C/C++ related to games is a bit low.
What I ask is if you guys could give some advices or website, So I can learn this kinda of programming ( I'm a quick learner rly

I have been checking the Source Code of an Ut 2004 anti cheat(CSHP40) the code itself doesn't seem very complicated, What I dont understand how Can they link variables of the game with theyr project,
They had a function to detect cvar in-game input that would literally hax the game.
for eg:
they would associate cg_3rd_person with a var bool zz3rdperson
How can they link this ? is it a reference ? What is it?
If some could help me I would appreciate, I Know this could be a big a illusion but If I don't try atleast I won't accomplish nothing.
