Hmmm, doesnt sound like something to do with PB. I would suggest trying a clean install of the game ie.. deleting the program and deleting the directory aswell. Also maybe try a spyware scan you may have someone stealing your badnwidth, I have never heard of this problem associated with a ban before.
no,,all you need to do is delete your , unnamedsoldier.cfg file, found in mohaa, main, configs. once you start mohaa again a new one will be made, you will need to reset all of ur settings as the will be lost in the delete of this file,
Do what the user above said and delete your unnamedsoldier.cfg, when the new one is created set it to read-only via file properties and that should stop server admins forcing your settings in future.
If your latency is still at 999 after that then it's just a matter of setting a cvar..

if it is, open console and type ,,,snaps 100, i now remember this.
what an admin did was set your snaps to 1 or something like that, it makes you lag like crazy takeing your ping to 999.
go to ur unnamedsoldier.cfg right click go to properties and then hit read only then hit ok
this will make it so if an admin does do this again jst restart game and it will go back to ur settings
mohaa calls it ping not latency
It is fun using the snaps 1 on people, Tell them for a good cheat type snaps 1 in console
u can see who did it by there ping or
com_maxfps 1<----if u use this in a script tho it can be beneficial for a warp script
com_maxfps 0 this uncaps the fps limit,
default setting for snaps is 20, I dont know what higher numbers will effect.
Setting unnamedsoldier to read only unfortunatly doesnt work, admins can still force cvars on you ingame, only when you restart the game does it go back to the original settings, so what you need to do is stop stufftext. You can do it by hex editting, or a better method would be to use my trainer. I believe its in the downloads section if I remember correctly.
